Tosin Adeoti is an accomplished project manager, strategist, and grant development expert with over a decade of experience delivering impactful programs across development, education, construction, and enterprise sectors. As a Partner at GrantDesk Partners, he brings a rare blend of technical depth, policy insight, and field-tested execution to help businesses and nonprofits access funding and scale impact.

Tosin holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Development (Distinction) and is certified in Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, SAFe Scrum Master, and HSE Levels 1–3. He is also a registered Civil Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a certified Master Trainer by the Australian Vocational and Technical Education Group (AVTEG).

A strategic problem solver and mobilizer, Tosin has led multimillion-dollar donor-funded projects, including:

– The $20M USADF–LSETF Employability Programme, where he currently oversees skills training and employment for 25,000 youth in Lagos.
– The UNDP–Lagos State Employability Project, which trained 5,000+ youth and placed over 2,600 into jobs.
– The EU-funded Niger Delta Micro-Projects, where he led infrastructure builds while empowering local youth through technical training.

Beyond implementation, Tosin excels in grant proposal writing, donor reporting, and MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) systems design. His career-long focus has been improving socio-economic mobility through practical skills acquisition, job placement, and entrepreneurship support for vulnerable populations.

Tosin is also a published author and community mentor, passionate about expanding access to opportunity and using data, storytelling, and systems thinking to drive sustainable impact. Through GrantDesk Partners, he helps mission-driven organizations find funding, build capacity, and thrive.
